Do you ever get the urge to just throw away half your wardrobe & buy all new stuff?
I had that last night & i did throw away a few things & bought one new item (i'll be doing a haul when items arrive) Andd i was at Target last night & they don't have the rain boots i wanted (post below) :( but i can still buy them online. While i was at Target i noticed they are selling a much bigger section of E.l.f.! I'm so excited because if theres one thing i don't like about E.l.f. its their shipping cost, as i've said many times.
I bought their liquid eyeliner for $1 & some new hair-ties (not elf). Then i went to a department store with my mom looking for some decent pajamas, that was hopeless but i did get a new strapless bra i like.

I booked my ticket for Greece last night also! Sadly i can't get my new Canon camera & go on this trip so i'll havta wait on that one. I am beyond excited but it also makes me slightly nervous having never left the country without my family, i know God will protect me though.
I hope to see my cousin(s) in Greece if they can make it to where i will be in the time frame. Its also a great opportunity to make new friends & i am so looking forward to that & having an entirely new experience with studying abroad.

Randoms & E.l.f. Mist & Set Review

It snowed like crazy today, the roads were so bad & on top of it i had a bad stomach ache but luckily i have the rest of the day off from work & school. There's also been big news in my house, yesterday i found out we'll be moving, it won't be in the same village but not far, just into a house that works better for our family & that is cheaper. I still hope to move to Texas but i will have to wait until i am done with school.
~Onto the Review~
I've had this for a while now but am finally getting around to reviewing it.
The e.l.f. makeup Mist & Set is $3.00 from e.l.f.
I was beyond excited to get this product because i had heard some good things & the hype was crazy at the time, so i bought two when it finally came back in stock. ..one leaked on the way :( but i was so excited for this to make my face dewy & have the makeup be more natural & seamless.
So basically i was thoroughly disappointed & here's why; first off i had heard the smell was bad & they weren't kidding!..but i was willing to over-look that. Secondly when i sprayed it wasn't even a mist but more of a stream, which obviously defeats the purpose. I also couldn't tell a difference in the length of my foundation. I didn't like that it just sits on the skin too & takes a long time to absorb.
Pro's
-good idea
-cheap price

Con's
-horrid smell
-doesn't do anything special
-spray isn't a mist
-doesn't moisturize

Needless to say it was a waste of money for me, i have to point out that some people do like it but in my opinion it's not worth it.

Did anyone else try it?

Make-Up Haul

Geia sas!
i ordered this stuff from E.l.f. on my 2nd to last order.
Blush in Pink Passion & Peachy Keen, i like both.
E.l.f. lipstick in Pink Runway, MAC lipstick in Pink Nouveau(from ebay), and E.l.f. in Prime Plum.
Runway Pink i love.
Pink Nouveau i like.
Prime Plum i am so dissappointed in its not the color it showed or should be.

E.l.f. shimmer eyeliner pencil in Boldly Bronzed, i like this pencil though it doesn't work the greatest on the lower waterline.

Review: e.l.f. Waterproof Eyeliner Pen

In my last e.l.f. haul i bought the Waterproof Eyeliner Pen & today i'm reviewing it. First how fabulous is it that you can get this for $1!!?! & its waterproof! Now that alone should be enough to make you try it but in case you need more info for your disicion here are my pro's & con's;
pro's
-waterproof
-$1
-good color; black as coal
-great for travel
-easy,compact, no mess
con's
-sponge tip doesn't seem to hold enough product to do a full (not patchy) 'sweep' without turning the tip.
But it works fine as long as you go over it a few times. Over-all good product i recommend!

e.l.f. Zit Zapper Review

Geiaaaa sas everyone!
So who's heard about the Zit Zapper & wondered if it worked but didn't really want to waste the money in case it didn't? Well that was me but then when i thought its a dollar i decided to give it a try, & i'm glad i did.
Now i know everybody's skin is different & what may work for me might not work for you, & i'm usually one of those people that acne products especially don't work for. But in this case i find it works well.
Here's whats in it
Salicylic Acid, Tea Tree Oil, Witch Hazel and Camphor
E.l.f.'s description:
This special clear formula helps to fight and prevent acne, reduce redness and swelling, minimize pore size and clear skin.

I have to agree really, if i apply this to a zit at night, in the morning it will be minimal or gone. So i'm happily impressed with this product & the best thing it's only a dollar!!!
It comes in a roll-on tube & very easily fits in your purse. So compact & easy for travel; i havta love that!

Oh e.l.f. <3

e.l.f. Haul/Review

     Geia sas girls!
I recently bought some fabulous products from e.l.f. so i'll be showing them with a short review.

Let me show you:

Here we have
1. Brightening Eye Color in Butternut
2. Super Glossy Lip Shine in Pink Kiss
4. Cream Eyeliner in Ivory

I really like the colors that came in the eyeshadow quad, they compliment each other well & for only $1!
I love the Pink Kiss color its a very nice gloss. Again $1, amazing!
The facial whip was a free gift so i wouldn't have picked it out but its a nice shimmering blush or blush base.
The cream eyeliner was a free gift as well & not a color i would even buy, but it works as a highlight.

1. Nail Polish in Punk Purple
2. Mineral Lipstick in Natural Nymph

I love the nail polish, you can't beat it for $1, Punk Purple is a great color i get complimented on it a lot. Its not even really purple, its like a magenta mixed with a maroon color; very pretty & perfect for fall/winter.
Natural Nymph is my new favorite lipstick, i love it!! Its the perfect lipstick under any gloss.($5)
The face powder is nice but i was expecting more out of it, its just ok, i use it control the oil in my 'T zone'. ($5)

And finally, Mineral Eyeshadow in Enchanting (Matte)

This a the perfect everyday eyeshadow for me, its matte & natural looking. ($3)

I was smart & bought my products on the free shipping day, because as i've said before the only thing i don't like about e.l.f. is their shipping prices suck!

Happy Friday!

Revlon Colorstay Foundation Review

Geia sas girlies! It was really hot out today, i was roasting in the shade by the lake even.
But you can't have your makeup melting when you're meeting a friend, like i was...so i wore my Revlon Colorstay Foundation.

I have it in Medium Beige(for normal to dry skin), they were out of oily & i have combination so it doesn't matter. I'd really like it in a shade darker, then maybe mix the two. I bought this at Walgreens at least a month ago for $14/$15. What i don't like is that its hard to tell which would work for your skin tone, i took a guess on this one & came pretty close luckily. I think the next one i want to buy is Golden Beige, which is a little darker without being pink like the Fresh Beige. So if you can figure out your color you're off to a good start.
So now for the overview of the product;
Revlon says: ColorStay™ Makeup with SoftFlex™ provides lightweight comfort, so you feel like you’re not wearing makeup. Looks fresh for up to 16 hours.
I say: yes it does last all day, but it does look like you are wearing makeup & feels like it somewhat, unless you only have a drop on.
Things i like:
1. Its sweat-proof-play all the sports you want!
2. It has SPF 15.
3. Blends really well.-no harsh line
4. The smell is pleasant.
5. Its build-able & holds bronzer/blush well
6. Its super long lasting.

Things i don't:
1. Its not oil-free.-*cries*-but i haven't broke-out!
2. Its hard to choose a shade.
3. Difficult to wash off-but that's also a plus so take your pick

I apply with my e.l.f. Powder Brush, amazing application with this!

I recommend this foundation(& brush) & would totally buy again!

e.l.f. Brushes Review

Geia sas girls! Time to review my new e.l.f. brushes!

So i was really wanting a good eyeshadow blending brush, the one i've been using is really junky. E.l.f. has them soo cheap that i had to buy it only $1!! I cannot say enough good things about this brush, its so beyond worth the price (don't get me wrong i'm happy its $1! lol). It is a great blending brush & holds the right amount of color. I feel so professional when i use it lol. If you are wanting one i say buy it, it won't disappoint. Click HERE so check it out on e.l.f.

Then i bought what they call their 'Powder Brush' but i bought it for foundation.(i put the foundation right on the brush then apply) Let me just say best foundation brush for $3 for sure! I'm happy i bought it, the only thing i slightly worry about is the handle breaking with time & wear because as you'll see in the video link i'm about to show you hers is broke, but she taped it lol. So I saw this brush from Weylie on Youtube HERE. She cracks me up lol. Anyway she uses it for her foundation. To check out this brush click HERE. The only negative i have with e.l.f. is their shipping costs are $6.95 & you don't have the option of what kind of shipping YOU want.

Also Cherry Culture is having a 20% off store-wide sale until the 30th of June. Check them out HERE. I might be naughty & take them up on the offer. :D
