In the first picture, Jurnee Smollett shows that while she may be young and a new face to some, she is wise beyond her years and plans on making an impression. Her makeup is, in a word, flawless. The smoky eye and coral blush are expertly balanced by her nude, glossy lip. There’s no debating the perfection of this look.
At the other end of the spectrum is Kimberly Elise, who is actually a very pretty woman – when she’s not wearing clown makeup. In this photo, she is the epitome of how awful it looks when you don’t take the time to properly match your base to your complexion (check out her hairline). Her bare face would have been a better choice than the chalky foundation she’s wearing. Let this be a lesson to us all.
