Face - Apply a slightly iridescent moisturizer for glowing skin. Try MAC Strobe Cream to achieve this look. Once the moisturizer is dry apply DiorSkin Sculpt Lifting Smoothing Concealer under the eyes and on any blemishes. Use Makeup For Ever Matte Velvet foundation all over the face and blend into the next area.
Eyes - With your finger rub on a eyeshadow primer such as Urban Decay's Primer
