Most of you have heard of Julianne Hough from Dancing with the Stars & she is also a country signer.
Well she made a workout DVD i was really excited to try.
So it covers the Cha Cha, Paso Doble, & Jive.
It has an instructional section on the main menu to teach you the base steps, however i have to say once she got to the Jive steps i was lost, she did everything far too fast & it was not helpful.
So then there is one main workout, i think i thought there was 3 but nope. So its an ok workout, you do sweat a lot, i liked the Cha Cha & Paso but not the Jive. Also i can see the workout getting really repetitive fast.
So in the end i wouldn't highly recommend this but if your just looking to add a little dance to your workout its not a bad option.
